The hotel's location was convenient as it was very close to the TGV station and easy to reach from Marseille airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, while the breakfast had a good selection of options. Additionally, the hotel had fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and free parking was available.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

A complete but pleasant surprise. We booked here for the night after traveling by tgv from Paris befoe going further south the next day.The food and service was excelent, in fact the food was amazing - almost gormet. The hotel is only 30 minutes by car from Aix En Provence and is also 5 minutes from Aix tgv. For those on business in the area or those wishing to spend a few days in Aix (you need a car) This hotel is ideal and alot less than Aix hotels. Highly recommended.

The owners were very accomodating, the place tastefully decorated and very clean, a very nice place to stay for couples. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families with kids though, especially young ones.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break, with easy access to public transportation and key landmarks. the staff was always friendly, accommodating, and eager to help us with advice and tips about our stay. the hotel also provided fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which was a great perk.
the bathroom had some minor flaws, including low water pressure and an outdated mirror.

The hotel is situated on the hill, 200 meters from the highway but there is no traffic noise in the night. The owners are so friendly and helpful. rooms are clean and cosy. bathroom and toilette (seperated) is very cleand and well equipped. I will visit this hotel again.

The staff were very friendly, and spoke excellent English. The room we had was obviously recently refurbished decor wise - new carpet, painted walls, new power point switches, mirrors, wall picture; and the bathroom was very nice. All spotlessly clean. The public areas were all very nice, and the garden outside looked recently planted and there was a nice patio area. We did not get to try the restaurant as it was not open I guess due to holidays, nor unfortunately breakfast as we had to check out early. Internet access worked well. The hotel is very close to the TGV rail station which is convenient and why we booked. It is a very quiet location, about 15mins drive from the centre of Aix (where it is easy to park in the many public car parks if visiting).
The only problem with our room was it seemed 'unfinished'. It needed proper furnishing, including a new bed (we booked a double bed and it was low twins pushed together with a double duvet), bed headboard and the bedside tables were made of decorated cardboard boxes !! The lamps did not match. Once it has a nice bed, some drawers/wardrobe, bedside tables it would be a lovely room...nice and spacious.

Great location near transport, easy to get around and lots to see and do. Loved the beautiful view from the terrace, and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus. The staff was always friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A plus was that there was always plenty of fresh towels available.
The hotel was on a busy street and could be noisy, especially in the evenings. The room was small and not very comfortable, and the shower was difficult to use.

Really beautiful hotel and excellent value. The hotel was hosting a private party when we stayed so we didn't have a chance to try the restaurant, but the owners Valerie and Xavier were fabulous hosts and even drove us to the TGV station in the morning to save us a €30 taxi fare. A great base to explore Provence, and the free parking is an added bonus.
Although the hotel is really close to the TGV station, if the owners aren't able to drive you to the airport it can actually be expensive to get a taxi as they have to come all the way out from Aix en Provence (i.e. there are no local taxi firms) - we were quoted €25 - €30. Ironically it is then easier to get to the station from Aix itself as there are direct shuttle buses.

Great quiet historical location, nice design, nice staff, excellent bed and spacious bathroom - quite modern! Very friendly, courteous staff with a personal touch. Good, very quiet location in a private residential area. Tastefully decorated room.
Couldn't fault - no elevator.

We stayed in this place for 2 nights during our trip over Provence. Very nice place, very stylish, modern, but cosy, feels like boutiqe hotel. Very nice cotyard. Free WiFi. English speaking staff. Very close to Aix en Provence by car (7 min) and about 15 min from Marseille airport. Big free parking. Very quet. They serve continental breakfast for 13Euros, but we didn't try and they have a restaurant which we didn't try as well.
There are no lift in the hotel, no mimibar and no cofee/tea facilities.

best service! The hotel owner drove us free to the TGV station in the early morning. A perfect ending of my France trip!

This hotel had some convenient locations, being very close to the TGV station and Marseille airport. there were few other amenities nearby, including a mall with many closed shops. the breakfast was decent, with homemade jam, but the rooms were small and sometimes poorly cleaned. the wifi was fast and there was free parking.
The staff was not very accommodating, with late check-in and unhelpful explanations about unexpected charges.

Beautiful hotel in the countryside yet only 10' by car from Aix-en-Provence. Beautiful garden, helpful staff, good breakfast, very clean rooms, great bathroom. A wonderful aromatic candle was waiting for each of us in our room as a farewell gift last night before departure.
Unfortunately we didn't manage to dine at the restaurant since we were informed we could arrive at 9pm at the latest, kind of early I would say when on holiday and around Provence all day!

We only saw one member of staff as we were the only ones staying there. He was very helpful. He did not charge us for drinks in the evening. He drove us to the station next morning to save us a taxi but would not accept a tip. (The taxi there although only 1Km cost 11.2 euros!!) Breakfast in the courtyard was bliss.
The menu was expensive but we were too late to try it. There appeared to be nobody else there which was a bit odd for a Saturday night
